The kind of sys­tem­atic prod­uct devel­op­ment cre­ates trans­parency and lets you par­tic­i­pate in all stages of prod­uct de­vel­op­ment.

From the ini­tial idea to the se­ries-ready prod­uct, we work closely with you to de­velop prof­itable so­lu­tions from plas­tics – tai­lored to your needs and fit for the fu­ture. Our aim is to bring in­no­v­a­tive and high-qual­ity prod­ucts to mar­ket ma­tu­rity: in the process, we keep an eye on quality com­pli­ance and pa­tient-/op­er­a­tor-friendly us­abil­ity, as well as the eco­nomic vi­a­bil­ity of the over­all so­lu­tion.



Di­ag­nos­tic ap­pli­ca­tions, med­ical de­vices, phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal pack­ag­ing and drug de­liv­ery sys­tems are be­com­ing more com­plex and re­quire a holis­tic ap­proach to mon­i­tor­ing over the en­tire prod­uct life cycle. What’s more, ef­fec­tive prod­uct im­ple­men­ta­tion and its later im­pact on the mar­ket is de­cided as early as the de­sign phase. We there­fore ap­ply the highest standards of excellence, which takes a wealth of re­quire­ments into ac­count at an early stage: De­sign for Costs (DfC), De­sign for Man­u­fac­tur­ing (DfM), De­sign for Re­li­a­bil­ity/Process Sta­bil­ity (DfR) and De­sign for Qual­ity (DfQ) – in the sense of in­creased prod­uct re­li­a­bil­ity and min­i­miz­ing risk.

In all ar­eas, we can draw on many years of ex­pe­ri­ence in the suc­cess­ful de­sign and im­ple­men­ta­tion of so­phis­ti­cated prod­ucts and en­sure our spe­cial­ist teams are in­volved from the out­set. This sets us apart from tra­di­tional de­sign ser­vice providers.
